When u want to dive deeper into the world of breathing, u can book an individual session.
U can unlock the energies within the body, u will breathe urself out of the mind into a relaxed body. U can breathe urself free!
A breathing session consists of a coaching conversation, active guided breathing and the relaxation phase immediately afterwards.
An individual session will take 90 minutes - 120 minutes.
During the session u wanna feel comfortable, so make sure u wear 'easy' clothes like joggings.
