In this workshop of 2 to 3 hours, you and your (birth) partner will be taken into the process of childbirth and prepared for the birth of your child. Very nice when you are expecting your first child, but also very suitable to refresh your memory for a 2nd or 3rd birth.

In the workshop the process of delivery will be discussed, the tasks of the (birth) partner during this process and there is practical practice with breathing techniques, birthing postures and massage which can be applied in the different phases of the order process. No-nonsense, honest and just plain fun. It has been proven that preparing in an honest way contributes to a prosperous delivery.

The optimal time to register for this is between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy and it is NOT necessary that you also follow the physical training sessions.

Reimbursement is included in most supplementary insurance policies.
