<p>&lt;p&gt;Core- This 45 minute core class focuses on strengthening the core muscles utilising moves from pilates, yoga and barre. The entire focus will be on the core, working with a progression style- starting with balance work and progressing to real ab burners. We will be on the mat the whole time, and this requires no equipment. If you do have a playground (barre) ball or a yoga block for support for the neck, then great! If you do not have anything- everything will be done with modifications or a pillow can be used for support. This is the ideal class if you want a low-intensity, low-impact, intense burn for your abs. PLEASE NOTE*This is not suited for you if you are pregnant, or had a baby in the last 6 months. &lt;/p&gt;</p>
