Terms and Conditions

The payments are processed every 1st of the month. Please be aware that the membership is automatically on going after the initial 3 months, if you wish to terminate your contract after this time, please e-mail us to info@flinkin.nl at least 15 days before the prior month you wish to stop (Termination of membership can be made only for 1st of next calendar month).

You cannot pause (on hold) membership in the first 3 months of the contract.

Holding your membership for any reason after the initial 3 months is possible by e-mailing us, for a maximum of 2 calendar months per year only!

Please be mindful and cancel your class in time (4 hours before class). If you book classes and do not attend or mark it as a late cancel, more than 2 times per calendar month, you will be suspended from booking classes online and can only join as a drop-in. You may pay a fee of 10 euro if you wish to lift your suspension.

*PLEASE KNOW PACKAGES/MEMBERSHIPS CAN NOT BE SHARED. BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE READY TO COMMIT. WE DO NOT OFFER EARLY HOLDS OR EARLY CANCELLATIONS.
