Don't hesitate to come by for a check or give us a call, we are more then happy to help! Here is your opportunity for you and your baby to bond in a nurturing environment while working on your recovery. We will make sure that you are performing safe exercises suitable for you level. The groups will be small, maximum 8 moms with baby. Feel free to feed, change diapers or stand up and step out of it when its not your day. No pressure! Lets lay a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle, both for you and your baby. Connect to other mothers, provide yourself with a stress-relieving outlet, see babies respond and experience our supportive atmosphere. All that's required is a cozy mat for your baby to play on while you exercise. Bring a blanket to keep your little one warm (just in case). While we do provide yoga mats, feel free to bring your own if you have a preference. Apart from that, simply come in your workout-gear, and you're ready to go!
