A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, meditative, and healing experience through sound and vibration. It uses a variety of instruments - chimes, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and shakers - as well as voice and silence, which produce sound waves that bring us into more restful and relaxed states of consciousness.
