Summer Workshops – Handstands & Partner Acrobatics

Get ready to kick off your summer with three days of intensive training focused on handstands and partner acrobatics!

Throughout the workshops, we’ll work on building strong foundations in posture, alignment, balance, and stability through handstand training. From there, we’ll explore how these principles can be applied to partner acrobatics, helping you move with greater confidence, control, and awareness.

Together, we’ll experiment with a variety of acrobatic exercises and tricks in pairs, trios, and larger groups, creating a fun and supportive environment to learn, challenge yourself, and connect with others.

Each workshop day lasts three hours and includes short breaks to rest, recharge, and socialize.
