Taste of Trouble - Beginner EXOTIC workshop

Step into your confidence with Taste of Trouble; a beginner-friendly exotic pole workshop. This workshop is designed to help you feel seductive and empowered. In this class, you’ll learn an edgy choreography. The workshop will focus on body awareness and attitude and applying the right techniques to make your movements look flowy and confident. No experience in exotic pole is needed, experience in pole is a plus but no must.

Bring:

• yourself and an open mind
• an outfit that makes you feel pretty (no metal attachments)
• pleasers/pole dance shoes
• knee pads
• towel and a bottle of water
