Reiki Circle

Lets go Yin this evening.

In this reiki circle that I am guiding you through a meditation and a reiki healing where you can connect with a deeper part of yourself, where there is nothing you need to do: you can just be.  

I create a space for you where we can slow down from daily life for a bit, unplug from your busy phone and to do list and surrender to the wisdom of your body. 

This circle is for everybody who wants to invite more Yin into their lives, who wants to rest & relax and connect with their body and heart.

Your facilitator of this evening is Aileen Loquet, who’s medicine is nature, meditation, yoga and a gatherings where we connect and rise up together. Besides circles she also offers holistic massages and somatic coaching.Practical info:

In deze reiki cirkel begeleid ik jou door middel meditatie en reiki naar een diepe en

stilte plek in jezelf waar jij even helemaal niets hoeft te doen maar alleen mag zijn. 

Ik creëer met liefde een ruimte waar we gezamenlijk even unpluggen van de

dagelijkse drukte, onze telefoon en to do lijstjes en waar we met aandacht naar

binnen gaan en dieper verbinden met onszelf en ons lichaam. 

Deze cirkel is geschikt voor iedereen die graag uit de AAN stand wilt, behoefte heeft

aan rust en ontspanning en met het hart en lichaam wilt verbinden. 

Jullie facilitator voor deze avond is Aileen Loquet, die zich helemaal thuis voelt in het

sjamanisme. 

Naast cirkels geeft zij ook holistische massages en coaching in lichaamsgerichte

therapie.
