During this workshop we will: Explore the physical body related to specific yin poses Balance and restore on an emotional and physical level Experience deep relaxation Learn about the major energy channels affected in the poses Learn some acupressure points that can effect the energy channels

The workshop is a short lecture and a long class. It is perfect to learn more for self practice or teaching. Juliette Snijders is E-RYT500 and YACEP accredited and leads Yin Yoga trainings globally. This workshop is valid for YACEP registration at Yoga Alliance.

This is great workshop to bring your self-practice to a new level.

Cancellation of Workshop Registration Any participation in a scheduled Workshop may be canceled only in writing. Cancellations can be done by sending an e-mail to: info@studioinfinity393.nl Until one (1) month before the scheduled Workshop date, the Participant may cancel his or her registration free of charge. Until two (2) weeks before the scheduled Workshop date, the Participant may cancel his or her registration, in which case the registration fee is refunded, less a handling fee of €25. If the Participant cancels his or her registration later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled Workshop, the registration fee is not refunded.
