ANCESTRAL HEALING CIRCLE: RECLAIMING OUR POWER AS WOMEN

Join an afternoon of self-reflection, practices for integration and sharing in community. Together we'll tap into the gifts, resources and love of the generations that came before us.

Ancestral wisdom lives within us and all around us. In this workshop, we will gather in circle to reflect on how the timeline of our own lineages influence how we relate to this wisdom. Participants will be provided a framework to understand their bodies and experiences through a decolonising lens. Supported by a drawing activity and a guided, step-by-step, somatic practice, they will connect with and begin integrating their ancestral wisdom –– to not only recognise and heal patterns of survival, but to reclaim and embody their inherited power. Participants will leave the workshop empowered with practical knowledge and supportive tools to navigate their way forward.

• CHELSEA IS A WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT COACH AND FOUNDER OF SEED SPACE, A COMMUNITY THAT PRIORITISES INTERSECTIONALITY IN ITS APPROACH TO HEALING AND WELLBEING. THROUGH CURATING DIVERSE WELLBEING EXPERIENCES WITH A DE-COLONIAL TOUCH, THE SPACES SHE FACILITATES ARE DIVERSE, INCLUSIVE AND ENSURE THAT SPIRITUAL PRACTICES AND TEACHINGS ARE BEING SHARED IN CULTURALLY APPRECIATIVE AND ETHICAL WAYS.

SHE IS THE FOUNDER OF EMBODIED SELF THERAPY, AN ONLINE PRIVATE PRACTICE SUPPORTING PEOPLE WORLDWIDE IN THEIR RECOVERY FROM COMPLEX CHILDHOOD TRAUMA.
