This workshop is to provide a safe space for individuals to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level through meditation and voice exercises. The workshop aims to foster individual and collective connection and healing.
What to expect:
Participants will be taken on a guided journey that includes meditations, voice release and connective exercises, and healing songs.
There will be four meditations, each one followed by voice connection exercises and songs. Sound healing techniques will be incorporated into the meditations.
Good to know:
- No Experience Required: The workshop is open to all individuals, regardless of their prior experience with meditation or singing.
- Sharing Space: At the end of the workshop, there will be a designated time for participants to share their thoughts and experiences from the session, if they are open to
About your guide:
The workshop will be led by Maia Steinberg; an international composer, singer and song&sound healer. Maia is the creator of Project A, an artistic incubator designed to create artistic and wellbeing projects combined, to foster change in the world through the power of the voice.
