Breaststroke course - A, Amsterdam. Start 06-03

This course is intended for adult participants without swimming experience and lays the foundation to learn a healthy swim workout. We start with becoming familiar in and with the water, to overcome any fear and discomfort. Being water free means working on self-confidence from awareness. In a small group of up to 6 participants of the same level, you learn to move safely through the water in a lesson structure that is characterized by the Dutch ABC for adults. At the end of this course, you will feel completely safe and start learning about basic swimming strokes. Typically, it takes about 18 to 24 weeks to progress from zero experience and even fear for water to learning how to safely swim.
