Lady Style level 2

Hello beautiful!

We hope you are doing well and that you are excited for the next chapter.

We will continue our Lady Style II course at JSX Studio.

The goal is to use dance and movement as a tool to nurture our wellbeing, self-confidence, mindset and inner GIRL Power to create a fulfilling and empowered state of mind.

The course will be weekly on Thursday from 18:30 - 19:45

Kickoff: 16th of Feb 2023

Duration: 8 weeks

Location: JSX Studio at Van Ostadestraat 105

Lady Style II is for ladies who have completed the beginner level. You are familiar with the basic movements and want to learn more and grow to the next level. In this course you will learn about balance, posture, weight transfer, spinning, footwork, arm styling, body movement and coordination and many great dance sequences to enjoy.

At JSX Studio our goal is to inspire and empower women through dance, workout and movement.

Our greatest pleasure is to see you succeed and enjoy the process of learning new skills. Think of us as a coaches who will keep you motivated, but as a team, we will hold each other accountable to follow through!

We are in this together as a group and your participation is required. In this group, we cheer for each other and support each other go to grow! It's a GIRL POWER community.

Please remember that we are all in this together. All you have to do is show up and we will create magic together.
