Are you a newbie in floorwork and would you like to learn more about the essential basics of Heels Floorwork, then this is your class. Learn how to move graciously on heels (Pleasers) over the floor and get an understanding of technical movements like shoulder stands and shoulder rolls. We take time to break down every movement of the body. For this class experience in floorwork is not required. For this class, you need knee pads and heels (Pleasers).

Please note: It is mandatory to bring a towel to class to cover the yoga mat during the warm-up.
