Yin Yoga - Studio

Yin yoga is based on the Taoist concepts of yin and yang. All poses are practiced mainly on the floor and we hold the poses for longer (usually 3-5 minutes), which is harder than it seems. If you prefer a more meditative style of yoga, this is it. As a practice, Yin Yoga is designed to improve the flow of chi (the vital energy of the body) through the energetic channels (or meridians) to improve overall emotional well-being, immunity, and organ health.
