Crystal Sound Bath (HEAL)

The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments like crystal bowls have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the cellular structure.

The sounds the singing bowls produce are create a feeling of centering for the body, mind and spirit. When hearing these bowls it has also been said that it can cause the left and right sides of the brain to synchronize together, creating a peace and calm during meditation.

To ensure a safe place of healing to take place, please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class. Upon late arrival to class, participants will not be gained entry or refunded. Please keep the energy peaceful and grounded with quiet noise levels throughout the healing space at all times.
