Beginner 2

If you finished our Intro to Pole course or you have basic experience in pole dancing, this class is for you! Next to perfecting our spins, climbs and sits on both static and spinning pole, you will work towards developing strength and flexibility needed for going upside down - aka 'inverting'. Additionally, you will learn many fun and elegant variations of basic tricks, as well as putting them in short combos.

Take shorts, t-shirt, water and towel!

Remember to not put oils and heavy creams on your body on the day of the class, otherwise you might have no grip on the pole.
