Ocean Flow

As the name tells you already – a flow inspired by the ocean leaded by Anouk. Anouk is in love with the ocean and with surfing. Moving with the water makes her calm and let her own true nature flow more peaceful & joyfully.

The ocean is changing constantly – it has soft & calm characteristcs but stronger & powerfull sides as well. In this class we flow like the waves, mainly softly but mixed up with some stronger postures – one thing is sure we are constantly moving and changing through life and this is what we do in this flow as well. You can count on a vinyasa inspired flow with a lot of spinal waves, body islolations, circular motions, some nice sweet body rolls and free flow movements.

You don't have to be an ocean child or surfer to participate!

Bei einigen Streaming Anbietern (z.B. Zoom) ist es möglich, dass sich Teilnehmer:innen gegenseitig sehen können. Es ist aber auch möglich die Kamerafunktion zu deaktivieren. Dein eingegebener Name kann während des Meetings angezeigt werden, du kannst aber auch nur deine Initialen angeben. Bitte beachte, dass je nach Studio oder Anbieter individuelle Regeln für die Online Teilnahme gelten können.
