A full body movement practice of slow, controlled, aligned pilates moves brought together with soulful flows on the mat. Get ready to strengthen, realign and reconnect with your body through a classical pilates approach. If you prefer a slightly slower pace, extra attention and focus to body alignment and breath-work then this is the class for you.

Pilates at The Cosmos begins with a moment of guided breath connection, followed by our mat pilates practice and finally a sweet guided relaxation.
