In these beginners classes you will be introduced to pole dancing. You will learn the basic techniques like basic turns, climbing, sitting and inverting in the pole. You’ll quickly develop strength and flexibility and and when you master techniques likes chopper, invert, climbing and sitting, you will be ready for pole pre-intermediate.
