Followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls and channeled singing from Kala.

To ensure a safe place of healing to take place, please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to class. Upon late arrival to class, participants will not be gained entry or refunded. Please keep the energy peaceful and grounded with quiet noise levels throughout the healing space at all times.
