Sculpt_

Sculpt is a 50 minute full-body, low-impact workout that does what it says on the tin: targets, tones, and (you guessed it) sculpts every bit of your body. Whether you are new to fitness, or a seasoned professional, this class will challenge your body yet leave you feeling accomplished and energised. Through a thoughtful, creative, and intentional series of movements on the mat inspired by Pilates, yoga, and functional training, you will engage and strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall strength without any strain of high-impact movements. 

Throughout the class, the music lays the groundwork for a dynamic workout experience, allowing and encouraging you to sync the movements with the music to set the pace for each exercise and allowing you move with intention. You will use a variety of props such as booty bands, ankle weights, and hand weights to add variety and intensity into the movements. From bicep curls to donkey kicks, every movement is executed with precision and mindfulness to ensure maximum effectiveness
