45min Hot Lunch Flow

This is a high energy 45 minute class, perfect for a lunch break! There will be a focus on alignment and movement patterns that will leave you feeling strong, confident and calm. Heated room of 35 degrees.

We encourage you to bring your own mats and towels. There are studio mats and blocks available to lend but needs to be cleaned by the student after use.
