This class welcomes almost all levels of students! If you want to work back a class that you missed, or catch an extra hour of pole tricks practice, this is the perfect option. The teacher will adjust the difficulty material to your skill level.

Prerequisites: basic spins, sitting (it's best if you finished our Intro to Pole course)

Take with you: shorts, sport top, water, towel

If you can't make it to class, you can cancel it free-of-charge for up to 10 hours before the start of the session. In that case your class credit will be returned to your account.

However, if you cancel past that time, the credit will not be returned.

Still, we kindly ask you to cancel your attendance in the system if you know you cannot make it on time - it notifies the teacher that they don't have to wait for you to start the class, and it allows people from the waitlist to join in your place!
