These Yoga ASANA-PRANAYAMA classes offer an introduction to breathing techniques. Pranayama is the art of controlling and expanding the breath. It is an extremely powerful tool for finding more inner peace and calming the mind. Moreover, by exploring our breath, a deeper understanding of our body and life force (prana) sets in, which leads to more acceptance, self-love and energy. These breathing techniques are accompanied by Asanas, i.e. yoga postures to acquire a perfect balance of body and mind.

Accessible to all levels and recommended for everyone looking for more inner peace, better understanding the Self and more life-energy (prana). Recommended equipment: A mat, 2 blocks, a strap, a few blankets and optionally a bolster

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).

About Simon Fun, community and authenticity!Simon's classes offer his interpretation of what he understands from his full-time study of the Art and science of Yoga.Because of his current studies at the BKS Iyengar Center of Brussels and with his background as Master in Physical Education and Movement Sciences (Leuven, Louvain), one can expect Hatha Yoga with an Iyengar-inspired approach, injected with power elements from the sports world and blended with some fun and whatever the day brings ....Sometimes quiet physical, other times more about understanding the body & Mind. All levels are warmly welcome, come with an open mind ready to learn (rather than perform)!

Please cancel your class 12 hours before the beginning of the class. If not you lose your one ticket of your voucher or subscription and we would be very sorry!
