**Please note that our front DOOR CLOSES 5 MINUTES BEFORE STARTING TIME, and we cannot admit you anymore after that.

This class is for those who have an existing Mysore practice.

** We are happy to welcome you in the attic of 'Zo Childcare' Jan van Nassaustr. 115. You will find our doorbel at the right side of the front door. You are welcome from 10-15 minutes before the class, so you can comfortably settle yourself and we can register you.

About the class: Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga in which you move with the pace of the breath. It is a fixed series and order of postures. Mysore style is not a led class. You practice on your own breath, rather than being led by a teacher, but the teacher is around to help you when needed. (Self practice). If you have some experience with Ashtanga yoga you are most welcome.

**This class is not suitable for absolute beginners in Ashtanga yoga. Absolute beginners are advised to join our 'Ashtanga Mysore for Beginners' classes first or try the Ashtanga Led class on Tuesday 18.15

Ashtanga Led, Ashtanga Mysore Since 2015 Astrid has studied many times with her teacher Sharath Jois a.o. at K.P.J.A.Y.I. in Mysore, India (the source of ashtanga yoga) to deepen her practice and is convinced that this practice has made her much stronger, both physically as well as mentally. She is very grateful to have received the official authorization of K.P.J.A.Y.I. (level 1). To her it proves that ashtanga yoga is for everyone, no matter what age, no matter how flexible you are.
