Breath + Beat

Liv will host a Conscious Connected Breath session with a little clubby tweak. BREATH & BEAT will be guided by a combination of electronic and classical music. Expect 1,5 hours of immersion in breathing, sound, bodywork, and movement. 

Conscious Connected Breathing is a circular breathing technique, practiced in a therapeutic way to access your subconscious. Please join only when you're in good mental health. Contra-indications are: pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, Epilepsy, psychiatric conditions, recent surgery or open wounds, recent unresolved trauma.

Liv Stig is a Breathwork guide and mother of two young girls, with roots in Amsterdam's nightlife scene.
