Membership and Payment Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between RUSH and each individual who enters into a Membership agreement.
- Membership commences on the day of purchase and is valid for the amount of classes mentioned in the description of each membership.
- Membership concludes at the end of the agreed term and will automatically be renewed without cancelation for the regular price of 79.
- Membership is exclusive to the individual who initiated the membership; any unauthorized use will result in suspension.
- Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Monthly membership fees will be charged in full throughout the membership period, irrespective of attendance.
- Membership cannot be paused under any circumstances.
- In the event of payment default, statutory interest and collection costs will be applied, and RUSH reserves the right to suspend services.
- By entering into the Membership, the Member acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and confirms familiarity with the House Rules and regulations set by RUSH.
- Failure to comply with these Terms may result in denial of access to RUSH and immediate termination of Membership without refund. Outstanding payments remain due until the end of the membership term.
Betalingsvoorwaarden en annuleringen
De eerste betaling vindt plaats op 29-6-2026. Daarna word het bedrag iedere maand in rekening gebracht.
Het is altijd mogelijk om het membership te annuleren binnen de annuleringsvoorwaarden.
Anders wordt het aan het eind van de looptijd automatisch verlengd met 1 maand.
Wanneer je je membership online koopt, kun je het online annuleren in de membership details. Wanneer je het membership rechtstreeks bij de sportlocatie hebt gekocht, moet je het schriftelijk annuleren bij de locatie zelf.
Door de aankoop te voltooien, bevestig je dat je ten minste 18 jaar oud bent.
