Intro self-defence via Jujutsu

The JYM Movement

Jujutsu,

The gentle art of self-defence.

Using the weak points of the body and manipulating force, direction, and center of gravity to evade sticky situations. 

In this workshop:

You will learn some basic escapes: wrist, bearhug, choke, floor pin. Apply an arm and wristlock. And we try out a body throw.

You could say jujutsu is a mix of karate, judo and groundfighting.

What to wear, to bring?

Wear a longsleeve shirt and long sportlegging/trousers. And bring a curious training spirit!
