This follow-up retreat is specially designed for those who have already joined us in
our previous Yoga & Meditation Retreat. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your
inner journey, deepen your practice, and nurture the community we’ve started
building together.
Over this peaceful overnight experience, we’ll revisit and expand upon the practices
you’re already familiar with—guided meditation, pranayama, yoga asanas, yoga
nidra, and laughter yoga—with fresh energy and renewed presence. We’ll also enjoy
nourishing refreshments, shared silence, and a light-hearted space to reflect, grow, and
simply be. Whether you are seeking clarity, calm, or connection, this weekend offers a
gentle yet powerful reset.
Saturday Evening Schedule (4:00 PM onwards):
Introduction
Guided Meditation – Calm your mind and center your awareness. This session
gently leads you through a step-by-step meditation, helping quiet the mind and
center your awareness. Perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike,
it’s designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and create a deep sense of inner
peace.
Pranayama (Breathwork) – Activate your energy and deepen your breath.
Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of consciously regulating the breath.
Through simple techniques, you'll learn how to energize your body, calm your
nervous system, and balance your emotions using your breath as a powerful tool
for transformation.
Yoga Asana Session – A grounding and gentle flow to unwind. The yoga asana
session will involve a gentle and mindful flow of physical postures aimed at
improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness. It’s a grounding practice to
connect the body and breath, suitable for all levels, and helps release tension and
promote relaxation.
Yoga Nidra( Yogic Sleep) – Deep relaxation to reset your nervous system. Yoga
Nidra is a deeply restorative guided practice that brings you into a state between
waking and sleeping. While lying comfortably, you'll be guided through a body
scan and visualizations to release stress and access deep rest and inner clarity.
Laughter Yoga – Light-hearted fun to lift the spirit. Laughter Yoga combines
playful laughter exercises with yogic breathing. It's joyful, uplifting, and
surprisingly energizing – releasing endorphins, reducing stress, and connecting
participants through shared fun and positive energy.
Sunday Morning (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM):
Morning Yoga & Meditation; Breath Awareness – Greet the day with movement and
mindfulness. You’ll flow through poses that open the body, stretch out any
stiffness, and synchronize movement with breath – creating a calm, focused start
to your day. The breath awareness component helps bring clarity and presence,
connecting your physical practice with deeper mental calm.
Closing Meditation – Sealing in your experience with gratitude. To gently
complete our time together, we’ll sit in a short, guided closing meditation. This
quiet, reflective moment allows you to integrate your experiences from the retreat
– the movement, the breath, the laughter, and the rest – and carry that calm,
centered energy forward into your life.
It’s a moment of gratitude, inner stillness, and connection with your deeper self.
