This course is designed for you and your birth partner to follow together online.
Birth preparation is not only physical, but also mental, emotional, and practical. A sense of trust, calm, and confidence can make a meaningful difference in how you experience birth.
In this 2.5-hour live online session, you will receive clear guidance on key aspects of labour and practical tools to support you along the way.
You will be introduced to breathing techniques and supportive practices to help you stay connected, calm, and focused during birth.
Together, you will feel more informed, confident, and prepared as you approach birth as a team.

Online stream
Er is een online stream beschikbaar voor deze activiteit. Volg de volgende stappen om deel te nemen:
- Deze studio gebruikt Zoom als online streaming provider. Download de bijbehorende app op je laptop, tablet of smartphone
- Toegang tot de online livestream is 15 minuten voor het begin van de activiteit beschikbaar. Ga gewoon naar "Mijn boekingen" en klik op "Neem nu deel aan de online stream" om naar de gewenste pagina te gaan.
- Bij sommige streaming providers (bv. Zoom) is het mogelijk dat de deelnemers elkaar zien. Het is echter theoretisch mogelijk om de camerafunctie uit te schakelen. De naam die je invoert bij het betreden van de online vergaderruimte wordt getoond aan andere deelnemers. Je kunt je naam echter altijd wijzigen (bijv. alleen de initialen). Let op: Voor elke les of locatie kunnen individuele regels voor online deelname gelden.
