This is a dynamic workshop that explores the fluid energy of movement. Together we’ll explore ways to create seamless body waves, harness momentum, and play with tempo changes to build power, control, and expression. We’ll also dive into the art of contrast, moving from softness to impact with spicy, intentional soft drops that bring extra flavor to your routines. Discover new transitions and pathways authentic to you, elevate your movement and leave your audience in awe. This session will be on static pole and is open to beginner/intermediate levels, and focuses a lot on self-exploration within a sequence. If you wanna find your flow, this workshop is for you!
