Reiki Level 1: Shoden - Treatment Room Training with Eli

Reiki Level 1, known as Shoden - meaning "first teachings" - is where your journey with energy healing begins.

This is a day of foundations: understanding what Reiki is, where it comes from, and how to work with it in your own body and life. Before you can offer healing to others, you learn to receive it yourself.

Held in the intimacy of the Oracley treatment room with a maximum of three participants, this is a slow, attentive day designed to give you real grounding in the practice - not just theory, but felt experience.

In this one-day training you will:

• Explore the history and origins of Usui Reiki
• Learn and embody the five Reiki principles
• Understand the energy body and how Reiki moves through it
• Learn hand positions for self-healing and treating others
• Practice giving and receiving Reiki within the group
• Receive your Level 1 Attunement - a sacred energetic transmission that opens your channel as a healer

You will leave with:

• Your official Usui Reiki Level 1 certification with clear lineage
• A personal self-healing practice you can begin the very next morning
• The foundation to go on to Level 2 (Okuden) when you feel ready

No prior experience is required. All that's needed is an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
