Dance + Film Workshop

Dance and film have always been a natural pairing — from music videos and Hollywood musicals to contemporary conceptual dance films.

In this workshop, you’ll work with director and choreographer Pascal Johnson to learn a 60-second piece of choreography and take part in the collaborative process of translating it into film. Together, we’ll explore how movement, camera, and storytelling come together to create a compelling short dance film.

The final video will be shared with all participants at the end of the session.

This workshop is designed to be collaborative, inspiring, and accessible — showing how anyone can create meaningful art using nothing more than a smartphone.
