A Weekend Retreat for Sensitives, Seekers & Regulators
We are so happy to be bringing this beloved program back to Yoga School Noord. In previous years, this training filled quickly and became a requested return from our community, and now, it’s here again. If you've been craving nervous system nourishment, embodied practices, and a deeply supported space to reset, this immersive retreat-style training is for you.
Nervous System Rituals is a 2-day immersive journey (10 hours total) that blends Guided Meditation, Somatic Dance, Neurogenic Tremoring, and nourishing Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork.
In a safely held, ritual-like space, preparing yourself for a blossoming spring, you learn simple, repeatable practices to regulate your nervous system in daily life, release stress, and reconnect with your body, emotions, and community.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Throughout the weekend, each session follows a similar arc and may include:

Nervous system regulation practices (breath, grounding, shaking)• Neurogenic Tremoring to discharge stored tension and trauma from the body• Somatic Dance and movement to music, no choreography, just intuitive exploration• Healing Partner Bodywork inspired by Zenthai Shiatsu massage• Guided Meditations and relaxations to support brain and emotional re-patterning• Closing circle and simple nervous system rituals to take home
You can expect softness, slowness, and safety, along with laughter, release, tears, and a very real sense of being human with others. Many people describe this weekend as “coming home to myself.”

Over the two days, we explore:
• Safety & Grounding – finding stability and coming back to your body• Emotional Flow – allowing feelings and energy to move instead of getting stuck• Connection & relaxation – co-regulation with 1-1 exercises of compassive listening• Integration – creating personal rituals you can use in everyday life
Expect a balance between learning, experiencing, resting, and integrating. Nothing is forced, everything is invitational.

Andrés Galindo Gómez is a Mexican spiritual teacher and founder of the Deva Science Method. He has more than 15 years of experience teaching, including ten years as a Bhakti Yoga monk and teacher in South America, India, and Europe, and the last five years teaching in various studios, institutions, and schools in Mexico, the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, and the Netherlands. He now lives in the Netherlands, where he works as a neuro-somatic coach and teaches Neurovedanta Meditation, Nervous System Recovery, and Deva Science Rituals. He combines his academic background with holistic practices to bring a balanced blend between science and spirituality.
