Come join this 2-hour workshop with Annaestheesia and learn a hardstyle pole choreography to Lose Yourself by Eminem. Expect heavy beats, isolations, and a lot of attitude.

🖤 Feel free to dress up — this is your moment. No leg grips needed, so bring out your long pants, mesh, stockings, or whatever fuels your alter ego.

🖤 Knee pads required and boots-style heels are highly recommended.

🖤 Level: Intermediate & up. Anna will offer progressions for more advanced tricks, so you can push your boundaries at your own pace.

Hi, I’m Anna – founder of Iron Forest and a pole instructor with over 10 years of experience. My journey began as a self-taught dancer, driven by passion and curiosity. Over the years, I’ve deepened my knowledge through a wide range of instructor certifications, advanced workshops, and continuous personal practice. I’m especially drawn to the powerful side of pole – dynamic tricks, strong lines, and energetic hardstyle movement that lights a fire in your body. But I also believe in the strength of softness. I love guiding students through slow, sensual flows that help them connect with their bodies on a deeper level.
