Sunday 11th of January at Volkshotel — A Winter Bhakti Flow! ❄️

Join us for a heartwarming winter edition of Yoga and Mantra - A Journey in Sound and Movement! From 10:00 to 12:00 AM, we’ll flow, breathe, and sing together — for those who want, followed by the cosy warmth of the sauna and hot tub on the rooftop of the hotel.

This special Bhakti Flow class will be guided by Mareille & Grietje. The class starts with awakening and warming the body through movement and breath with Mareille, and then we’ll open our voices and hearts with the beautiful mantras of SanghaSang, led by Grietje — inviting joy, connection, and release.

The theme for this session is letting go of the old and welcoming the new.
