This four-day foundation training offers an immersive introduction to the healing art of Zenthai Shiatsu — a holistic, movement-based therapy that blends Traditional Thai Massage, Zen Shiatsu, and Osteopathic techniques into one fluid practice guided by mindful presence.These four days invite you to slow down, connect, and explore the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine through movement, touch, and awareness. You’ll learn a complete 90-minute Zenthai sequence, designed to bring freedom and balance to both the structural and energetic body.Beyond technique, this experience is a journey of personal transformation — a space to reconnect with yourself, deepen your understanding of conscious touch, and grow within a supportive community. Whether you are a therapist, yoga teacher, movement practitioner, or simply curious about the healing arts, this training offers a grounded and heart-centered foundation on the path of Zenthai Shiatsu.
