Embark on a transformative four-week journey in the Neuro-Meditation Course led by
Andres Galindo, a seasoned meditation & yoga teacher with profound knowledge of
Eastern traditions. As an ex-monk who traveled extensively and studied with spiritual
teachers in India, South America, and Europe, Andres combines his academic and non-
academic studies with Eastern wisdom and modern science, allowing his students to
reach brain coherence, emotional resilience, and vision fulfillment.
My Neuro-Meditation program has 3 main cornerstones:
-Brain Coherence:
A physiological and neurological state where the brain and heart rhythms synchronize,
supporting better cognitive function, emotional stability, and overall well-being. What it
means is that meditation aligns the autonomic nervous system with the heart and brain,
fostering a calm yet alert state conducive to clarity and resilience.
-Emotional Resilience:
We work on our nervous system’s ability to recover from stress and maintain
psychological flexibility by strengthening pre-frontal cortex activity and reducing
amygdala hyperactivity, enhancing soft conscious responses over impulsive reactivity.
-Vision fulfillment:
My course initiates you into a well-known cognitive-emotional process that helps us
translate inner intentions into actionable goals. Thus, meditation supports you in reaching
your goals by increasing activity in the background brain network and aligning
subconscious patterns with conscious goals through neuroplasticity.
In a nutshell:
I like to refer to this system as a mentally coherent, emotionally balanced, resting mind
system that helps us reach our goals through positive attitude and practice.

Personal Note:
I have heard so many times that -hey, I am not good for meditation, I get distracted,
this is not for me- Believe me, I am one of those who get distracted, and I have
researched and taught for over 10 years now easier ways to meditate without having to
sit in silence for 1 hour. The secret lies in the release of energy and emotions before
meditation and the honest re-connection to our personal and authentic life dreams.
Content:
The 13-hour course unfolds in 3 enriching 4,5 hour sessions, each exploring a unique
aspect of meditation:
- Grounding Meditation & Mantra: Tibetan Meditation Fundamentals. Sound Healing Techniques, Rooting Mantras.
2. Root Mantra Meditation II (Japa Mala with rosary, Bija Mantras, mental seed mantras) for Healing, manifesting & reaching deep states of inspiration and clarity through mantra.
3. Mantra Meditation as Quantum Amplificator (Subconscious resetting & reaching
higher emotions with the support of natural forces)

Each session starts with a community circle check-in, body movements to shake off our
stress, musical journeys, guided meditations, a presentation with teachings and images,
and meditation, applying the meditative theme of the day. Enjoy a vibrant, authentic,
supportive, safe space for self-transformation and mental/emotional peace, finishing with
a cozy, warm tea and a friendly, relaxed community vibe where you can connect with
other like-minded souls, chat, laugh, and be yourself!
