Are you ready for Chapter II?!

This marks the 10th edition of the Choreography Project, and this year, I want to spend the winter months dancing and performing even more, alongside ambitious women like you. Together, we will continue creating unforgettable experiences, magical moments, spectacular performances, and lifelong friendships.

Over 30 hours of training across 14 weeks with our unstoppable GIRLPOWER team!

The goal of the Choreography Project is simple: Unleash YOUR Inner Venus!

This means creating a space where you can grow, learn, and develop—not just as a dancer, but as an individual. It’s a place to move with passion, to be fully present in the moment, to connect with your femininity, and, above all, to believe in yourself. Our adventure continues as we work together to train and develop our mental (mind), physical (body), and spiritual (soul) well-being.

Here’s what you can expect:

For 14 weeks, we’ll meet every Friday from 19:00 to 21:30, for 2.5+ hours of intensive training. We’ll focus on perfecting our “Venus Legacy” choreography and dive deep into mindfulness practices and new lessons that cover diverse dance styles and techniques.

Every two weeks, I’ll introduce a new lesson focused on a specific dance style and its techniques. Think basics and fundamentals, musicality, Lady Style, arm styling, salsa fusion, cha-cha-cha, pachanga, Afro-Cuban, modern mambo, classic mambo, spins & turns, body movement, heels, floorwork, and freestyle.

And that’s not all—I’ll also be inviting a guest instructor!

At JSX, it’s not just about learning dance steps. It’s about self-awareness, body awareness, refining technique, mastering arm styling, enhancing body movement, understanding positioning, developing the right mindset, and showcasing showmanship!

At JSX, we believe that repetition and consistency are key to mastering new skills and growing your confidence. But more importantly, we believe in courage—taking that first step, daring to trust yourself, and turning your dreams into reality. Use dance and movement to let your inner Venus shine!

• Start Date: Friday, September 13, 2023

• Duration: 14 weeks, 2.5+ hours per week, plus additional training for performances and guest instructor sessions.

• Dates: September 13 - December 13, 2023

• Location: Weekly on Fridays, 19:00 - 21:30 @ JSXstudio

• Goal: We aim to perform as much as possible!

If you ever miss a training, you can make it up during the course period by joining different Barre/dance classes in the studio or through online Fit & Flexible training. (Each training equals two studio classes.)

Requirements:

• Be willing to self-reflect and develop into a better version of yourself.

• Be a true team player and support the women around you.

• Fully participate and give your best effort.

• Stop holding yourself back and let your true self shine.

Rules:

• Our JSX uniform is a must-have for dress rehearsals.

• No refunds, no exceptions.

• Videos may be shared on social media for promotional purposes.

• If you miss two rehearsals before a performance, you won’t be able to perform.

• If you can’t perform, please inform me in advance.
