Come and join a 2-part lyrical jazz/contemporary workshop on the 19th and 26th November. We will start by wakening up our bodies and warm up trough basic dance exercises in the centre. After that we work on a choreography that will be suitable for all levels. Time to dance, move and letting go, so we can allow ourself to express trough

movement. On the second workshop we will continue to built on the choreography and as the first part is already sinked into our bodies we are free to get out of our mind and play, dance and have fun with it..
