Enjoy dancing and moving your body with the music. Ballet is the perfect discipline to develop posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and coordination. Everyone is welcome, without prior experience or those who are seeking to refresh their skills. In this workshop we will learn ballet basic terminology, positions and movements. We will mainly focus on barre exercises, followed by some work at the centre and a few jumps at the end.
