Don't know what to do with pole floorwork? In this workshop you will learn some essential tools and techniques to dance and flow with and around the pole!

You will learn a full low flow choreo that concentrates on musicality, flow and beautiful lines. Don't forget to bring knee pads! Basics knowledge of pole dancing is required.
