Description

  1. Valid for all the regular classes and studio hire in both Rotterdam and Den Haag studios
  2. With automatic renewal every month. Minimum runtime is two months.
  3. One cancellation month rule (eén maand opzegtermijn). Which means cancellation should be done one month in advance
  4. If the automatic payment is failed, there will be 5 euro fee on top of the monthly payment. This 5 euro fee is the exact amount that we need to pay Eversports when each automatic payment is failed. To avoid the extra fee, please make sure there is sufficient money in the bank account. We would also suggest you to email us first if you have any question regarding the payment.
  5. If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your subscription in the future, to avoid double charges, please send us an email before the 28th of the month and we will do it for you. The change will start in the following month. We charge a €10,00 administration fee for downgrading the subscription. Upgrading can always be done free of charge.

Payment terms & cancellation

The first payment will be charged on 20/04/2024. Afterwards, you will be charged every 1 month.
If you cancel the membership until 30/04/2024, it will be terminated on 31/05/2024.
Otherwise, it will automatically be extended at the end of the current runtime by 1 month.
If you purchase your membership online, you can cancel it online in the membership details. If you buy the membership directly at the facility, the cancellation must be submitted in written form to the facility.
By completing the purchase you verify that you are at least 18 years old.
