A 50 hour Pilates Training with the wonderful Brittany Mock.
The training consisting of three in depth weekends exploring the wonderful workings of Pilates. Whether you want to have to have a future in teaching or deepen your knowledge this is the training for you! You will learn the Pilates principles, anatomy, physiology, sequence structuring & cueing. With these tools, you should feel safe to start your teaching journey!
