A 40 hour Pilates Training with the wonderful Brittany Mock.
The training consisting of two long weekends exploring the wonderful workings of Pilates. Whether you want to have to have a future in teaching or deepen your knowledge this is the training for you! You will learn the Pilates principles, Anatomy & Physiology, basic sequence structuring & cueing. With these tools, you should feel safe to start your journey!
