Week 1: Cultivating Mindful Awareness

In the first week of our "Harmony Within" mindfulness journey, we will focus on cultivating mindful awareness. Through various mindfulness practices, such as breath awareness and body scans, we will learn to bring our attention to the present moment and observe our thoughts and sensations without judgment. By developing this awareness, we can begin to notice patterns of stress and reactivity, laying the foundation for greater self-understanding and stress relief.

Week 2: Nurturing Self-Care and Resilience

In the second week, we will explore the importance of self-care and resilience in maintaining harmony within ourselves. We will learn techniques to nurture our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, such as self-compassion practices, gratitude exercises, and stress reduction techniques. By prioritizing self-care and building resilience, we can better navigate life's challenges and cultivate a sense of inner balance and peace.

Week 3: Finding Balance in Daily Life

In week three, we will delve into the theme of finding balance in our daily lives. We will explore strategies for managing our time and energy effectively, setting boundaries, and creating healthy habits. Through mindfulness practices, we will learn to bring awareness to our daily routines and make conscious choices that support our well-being. By finding balance, we can reduce stress and create a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Week 4: Integrating Mindfulness into Everyday Life

In the final week of our mindfulness journey, we will focus on integrating mindfulness into our everyday lives. We will explore ways to bring mindfulness into our relationships, work, and other areas of our lives. Through guided meditations, mindful movement, and reflection exercises, we will deepen our understanding of how mindfulness can enhance our overall well-being and bring greater harmony to all aspects of our lives.

Throughout the four weeks, participants will have the opportunity to engage in group discussions, ask questions, and receive guidance from the instructor. By the end of the course, participants will have developed a solid foundation in mindfulness practices and gained practical tools to cultivate harmony, resilience, self-care, and stress relief in their lives.

Ozlem Peker

Ozlem has over twenty years of experience in Pilates and movement. She took her first Pilates mat teacher training in Moscow and continued her education with BASI PILATES and the LEGACY PROGRAM with BASI. Her inspiration with movement is inspired by her teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga and mindfulness MBSR teacher training. Combining all of her studies and philosophies Ozlem creates space for practitioners while connecting with the breath. Technique and alignment are fundamental to her teachings.
