SATSANG/TALK about ACTIVISM: Karo will talk about her background as an activist and she will explain the link between her existence as a chef and yoga teacher plus there is opportunity for questions at the end.
YOGA Karo will give a very dynamic, energetic and beautiful heartfelt class where animal asanas are the main theme and the asanas are directly linked to her personal experiences with the animals plus she will touch base on the connection between activism and yoga.

About Karo Tak: Karo is a very active travelling chef, yoga teacher and activist. She graduated as a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher in 2013 in New York. Since then she has taught JIVAMUKTI YOGA in over 20 cities, 12 countries and 3 continents. She has taught weekly classes Sydney for 2 years then in Lisbon for 4 years and now travels the world to teach Jivamukti Yoga and spread the word for all animals. She dedicates herself to several animal rights projects, works as a vegan cook, she runs her own vegan cheese company: GOPAL VEGAN CHEESE & yoga apparel: SHAKTEE. She facilitates her own vegan workshops, events talks and seminars all for the betterment of the world.
