Susanne will teach you everything you need to know about climbing and spinning in Heels. You will also learn some pretty spinny combos. By the end of this workshop, you have enough material to become that Spinny Heels Queen. This workshop is great for pre-intermediate students with some Spinny Pole experience, especially if you enjoy Spinny Pole Essentials classes. Note: You won't need kneepads; we'll focus mainly on the pole or staying on your heels.
